Our mission is to create an multi-faceted archive of all War Veterans of Madison County, Alabama.

We are starting with WWII Veterans.

We ask persons to sign up on-line and record information about their relatives and friends who served in the U.S. Armed Forces during WWII.

Individuals may sign up on line at http://www.wwiimemorial.com/

Also, we regularly meet with groups of veterans to help them catalog their experiences.

Information will be gathered from the WWII Memorial database and placed in a book at the Veterans Memorial Museum. This book will be displayed in a place of honor and be made available to all persons during regular museum hours.
